Privacy
Unbusy stores the plan name, display names, free-time windows, proposals, and responses needed for each private-link plan.
No account or calendar access
We do not ask for email, password, phone number, contacts, or calendar access. Each browser keeps a private session. You can link another device only after approving it from a device already in the plan.
Private links
Anyone with an active plan link can try to join. Share it only with people you trust. The creator can replace the link, remove a person, or delete the plan.
What members see
People in the plan see shared overlaps, participation status, proposals, and responses. Someone with the private link can reveal participant names to request access as an existing person, but another linked device must approve them. Individual free-time lists stay private.
Retention
Old free-time entries may be removed after 30 days. Inactive plans may be archived after 90 days. Deleting a plan removes its people, times, proposals, and responses.
Measurement
Unbusy records a small set of first-party product events. It does not use advertising trackers or store message contents.
